Next Deed
Next Deed’s musical journey began with their self-produced alternative rock EP ‘New Beginnings‘ (2023).
Its lead single ‘Lost Soul’ reached #1 on the local iTunes Rock Charts within 24 hours, and the band celebrated the EP’s release with a debut show at a sold-out Rockhal Floor (L).
The success was followed by ‘The Soldier – Act 1‘ (2024), the first chapter of an ambitious five-part conceptual storyline. Its lead single ‘Bulletproof’ reached #1 within just six hours of release, confirming the band’s growing momentum.
As the band continued writing the next installments of their concept, they faced an immeasurable loss with the passing of their singer Alain Hertges in March 2025. The tragedy deeply affected the band and the community around them. Yet, united by Alain’s passion, creativity and the unfinished musical vision they had built together, Next Deed made the decision to continue their work and honour his legacy.
In 2026, Next Deed is excited to present their highly anticipated third EP ‘The Beloved – Act 2‘, which, in contrast to their previous releases, stands out with more hard-hitting metal edges.
